By booking with us, you agree to the following:
General
- All accommodations share the central ablutions.
- We’re fully off-grid and solar-powered. Please use electricity sparingly and avoid high-wattage appliances. Occasional power disruptions can happen - we appreciate your patience.
- Please keep communal spaces tidy for everyone’s enjoyment.
- We take fire safety seriously. No open flames inside tents or buildings, and fires are only permitted in designated areas. Never leave a fire unattended, and no fires on windy days.
- No smoking inside tents or buildings.
- We reserve the right of admission.
Bookings, Deposits & Cancellations
- Bookings are confirmed once the 50% deposit has been received.
- We don’t accept cash - payment is by card or payment link only.
- Cancellations made less than 30 days before arrival will forfeit the deposit, unless a replacement booking is found.
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before arrival will forfeit the full booking amount, unless a replacement booking is found.
- Returned deposits are subject to an administration fee and will be processed within 30 days of cancellation.
- No-shows, late arrivals, and early departures are charged at the full booking rate.
Dogs
- Dogs are welcome - please clean up after them throughout the property.
- If your dog is causing issues for other guests or wildlife, we may ask that they be kept on a lead or, in serious cases, removed from the property.
- Dogs are not permitted beyond the fence into the Travellers Rest section of the climbing area.
- You are fully responsible for your dog at all times. We accept no liability for any loss or damage caused by or to your pet.
Children
- Our eco-toilets cannot process nappies - please come prepared to take used nappies home with you.
- The farm is a working natural environment and is not specifically set up as a child-safe space. Parents and guardians are responsible for their children at all times.
